OMG so my daughter just got married in February and when we came in to get ring inspected some of her stones were loose. The supervisor Timothy and employee Evelin were able to call to see if we can get ring repaired ASAP because of them moving out of the country. They worked so hard to make sure they got the ring timid in time before they were leaving. They were very professional and very helpful. Because of their professionalism and their due diligence to make sure to please the customer, I am indebted to them and will always come to them for any of my purchases.

Terrible quality jewelry. Bought a bracelet for my mother- in -law for Christmas. She is not very active anymore at all as her medical issues have not been so well. After two weeks total of wearing it broke. When in to store at Forum and they would not repair or replace. Ask d to talk to manager and sales lady rudely said manager is gonna say same thing, she went to ask and said mngr. said no. I was not able to talk to mngr. cause she was to busy in back. I would leave zero stars but not an option. Terrible service, terrible quality.
