If I could give 0 stars I would these people completely destroyed my car my thing is if you know you can’t do something why bother doing it my car is now not able to drive at all whatever they did to my car literally messed it up so I really recommend you don’t bring your car here because it’s really messed up they do business like this and lie about issues they caused and I’ve brought my car here before they sent it to a sister location without my permission and took forever to repair it now this time they literally destroyed my car I’m so sick with this whole situation you guys will get karma for this because this is not how you do business and you don’t go destroying people cars and then making up lies about issues that it never had that it now has after you went messing with things you were never supposed to be repairing.

If you want to again believe in an honest and generous humanity—especially in the automotive sphere—look no further than Ken’s! I was dealing with a frustrating oil leak (which also frustrated the mechanics here for quite sometime), but the team here worked with me for the long haul and treated me with utmost respect. It was a long journey, but the ultimate conclusion was a highly satisfied customer (me) who will return at all opportunities I can to support this business. Great people and highly recommended!

We've had three different vehicles taken care of at Ken's. Everyone there is great, and the prices and quality of work have been excellent.

I left my truck at Ken’s Texaco for 2 days, and they were unable to diagnose a ticking noise. They also reported “inconsistent mileage” to Carfax, which has not been corrected despite several follow-ups with Randall.
I later took my truck to Alamo 4x4, where they immediately diagnosed the issue as an exhaust manifold problem and I was able to resolve it. Ken’s Texaco failed to fix the mechanical issue and has yet to address the inaccurate mileage report. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience.

This place was recommended by a friend. I am happy with the services they provided. It’s really great that they have enough people so someone is able to take you home and pick you up when job is finished. I live in the area so it would make sense that they would only do this within a certain distance.

Took my 2017 Ford edge in to get front drive wheel plugged in order to be operable to replace said tire. Tech said they wouldn’t charge me for it as I was getting my oil changed. Was quoted 2 hours.
4 hours later no word, so I called them and they said it was ready. Get there and one of the techs damaged my lug nuts but “not to worry they replaced them for free” and my bill would be almost $200. For an oil change and two patches. Felt pressured so I paid.
$100 for an oil change and $35 per patch(when I told it would be free and they charged me for two) is highway robbery. On top of charging me a premium and damaging my lug nuts they didn’t even replace the two Air valve caps.
I believe in free markets and a business is free to change any amount they wish, but you can’t change a premium only to fail at communicating and not meet simple standards.
Wish it was a better experience.

Horribly overpriced! Took my wife's car in for a brake job and they wanted to do a 100k job for over $2650! For only brakes, they wanted $1200! Took it to an honest mechanic and paid $300!Do not recommend this place!!!!
