I ordered a mirror off KiaAutoParts.com which is operated by Ancira Kia. The item was misrepresented on the website as one including HomeLink buttons. After I received it and notified them I was quickly dismissed with the line we don't take back electronic items. When I explained this was not my mistake and I can't be held responsible for inaccuracies on their website they ghosted me and wouldn't respond to my emails. Thankfully, PayPal agreed with me and credited me back. With how this was handled I felt the need to make others aware. I can only imagine how they treat customers when they purchase vehicles with how this was handled on such a small dollar amount for a Kia rearview mirror.

Ordered parts end of May they “shipped” a month later. About a week after they “shipped” I called and they told me I had to contact USPS they had weren’t able to help.***got ahold of someone there and they apologize for the ordeal and got the parts shipped out and new tracking that day! Will be giving them another chance with the next parts order!
