As a loving first time mother, this place caused my worse fear. I trusted them with my child. They have terrible customer service. You can't go to the back or even see pictures of what its like. No schedule.. unorganized. A whole lot of red flags. WORST OF ALL they were so negligent that they didn't even notice my son got biten about 5 times on his arm. Didn't let me know, didn't give me any reports to sign. Just didn't even care ! He came back from his first day miserable and probably traumatized , in tears. He would have cried the first bite.. yet they didn't even notice.Worst place to send your kids! Never do it. They don't care here.Update: Went back to withdraw my son and pick up his things and only got some things. Also lady got really aggressive and argumentative when all I wanted was his things and to not ever come back here. (Pretty wild she "takes care" of kids , yet has no patience or compassion) She admitted to knowing about a kid being a biter (yet didn't give child special attention or watched him a little carefully ) also that there was another complaint about bites on another child. None of this are those babies faults.. they needed supervision and someone to care enough while their parents can't ☹I am absolutely repulsed ? These poor babies..Update #2Baby boy wakes up from night terrors and constantly needs comfort pointing to different parts of his body trying to tell me.. my son is traumatized thanks to 1 day here.

In September-November 2022, my wife and I were looking for daycare for our 1.5 year old. We stopped by in-person and called on two separate occasions, and each time we were told that tours/initial walk-throughs were prohibited indefinitely due to "COVID precautions".We asked if there were pictures available so we could see the condition of where our kid would be staying, and we were told that they were not available either. The staff stated that no other parents with children currently attending their daycare requested to see the facility before enrolling their children.We could not, in good conscience, enroll our child in a facility that does not allow parents to inspect their facility before enrolling.It is unfortunate, as the facility is conveniently located for our family and we know a handful of people that have children currently enrolled.We opted, instead, to enroll in a facility that is more transparent with their clientele.

My 3 yr old daughter really likes it there. She is always smiling when I pick her up and doesn't give me any issues when dropping her off. The ladies are very nice as well. I don't do many YELPS but was looking at theirs and thought for sure they need some more good reviews. Would recommend

My daughter has been going here since she was 1 (almost 5 now). She absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and courteous. It will truly be like leaving a part of the family when she ages out!

I have my 2 babies and 7 year old that go here we came from another daycare of course it was a bit rough for the girls to get adjusted but they adjusted quickly staff is organized and very helpful and understanding my girls love it!!

We have had both our little ones in Kid Kountry for 1.5 years now. Our oldest turns 3 and youngest turns 2 next month. We do not feel like we are dropping the kids off at daycare, but instead feel like we are leaving them with family. The staff at Kids Kountry do so much more than “watch” your kids. They love on them and help them grow. Both our little ones look forward to going to “daycare” and come back daily with something new taught to them. Our kiddos social skills are very developed to include common courtesies. These guys are great and I would recommend Kid Kountry to any family in need of a professional, safe, and loving environment for your children while you work.

being a first time mom I was very worried and hesitant to daycare. I want to kid Kountry based off of a recommendation from a great friend. this daycare is the BEST facility and the best decision for my son. he absolutely loves everyone there, and so do I. they stay on top of my Childs care, keep me informed on everything, and even go out of their way to check on him when he was out sick. they are truly amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to this daycare. they treat the kids like their own and care for them as their own.

My daughter goes to Kid Kountry currently. She has been there since she was 6 weeks old. My son who is now in first grade went there also. We love Kid Kountry! They treat the children like their own; I’ve never had any problems since 2014 when we started there. Great family owned business, would recommend this daycare to anyone.

Love this daycare! My son has attended for over 4 months now and he loves it. They treat us like family and my son is always very clean and happy! I have so many clients that have said so many great things about this daycare before I decided putting my son in. And all my clients have said so many good things about them some of my clients his children went there since they were babies and now they are adults.

I love them. Staff is great with my son. He's been going since he was 8wks old he'll be 3 in a few weeks. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Family-owned and family oriented.

My kids have been at this center for a few months already and we all absolutely love it! The staff are always so friendly and my kids adore them ! The oldish art work and little keepsakes are the cherry on top.

I was so nervous to send my newborn to daycare, but Kid Kountry quickly put me at ease. I checked out several local daycares before deciding to bring my daughter to Kid Kountry. My daughter loves going to daycare. She is smiling every morning when I drop her off and still smiling when I pick her up. It's been almost a year and I couldnt be happier! All the ladies that work there are so loving. Also one of my favorite things is when I get there to pick her up and they have done art!! Absolutely melts my heart!!!
