Very bad experience, I would not recommend to anyone to trust the service...I had my eyebrow done and it wasn't even left side is thicker than the left and Paid $150.00 to get it done, then I had mentioned to Kim that my eyebrows are not even and said to have it done again, to correct it bur since it was over 3 to 6 months done, so I had to pay again and paid $150.00 again...and it still as bad as it was before, after that Kim keeps calling and leaving messages over and over for a long time..yesterday I answered my phone and it was her, why I have not answered her call ang told her that I was mad at her and we agreed to come to her shop today 04 / 12 / 24 and she will fix it for free..when I came to her shop, she told me that it will cost me $175.00 because prices went up..I said what happened to what you just told 2hours ago that it will be free to fix it..Kim did not honored her words, so I told her this was her mistakes and her responsed was no it's not..I got mad as I was keying myself out I told her that she lost me as a customer and for her not to call me again..and yes, she locks her door all the time and for a comment I read about the parking lot being full, it's just a common sense that next is Cristian's tacos and those people are there to eat
not at Kim' Pampering Salon..In other words I would not TRUST her service again..

My wife gets a service by her two times.Ms. Kim, who has great friendly minds, so my wife has depression conditions but Ms. Kim doing so great ?.I really loved this place.For the last 8 years, I couldn't find it like this.Thanks so much.

Weird place. The owner keeps it locked so when you walk up it has an open sign but it's locked. The owner will open it eventually but it's kinda creepy. It might be a safety thing idk....The place is small and smells a bit weird. It needs a bit of cleaning and maybe some upgrades. Nothing fancy. It's ok for an emergency situation. I wouldn't go in for any drastic changes: hair cuts/ color...that's just me.
