I have been a customer with the storage place for 2 years going on 3 never had a problem until this new lady started working there. She is so unprofessional and can't even help you explain anything on your bill correctly because she gets defensive and rood. The lady that was there before her was so awesome never had a problem. Now this new person comes and never answers the phone when I want to make a payment and open and closes when she wants. She makes this business look bad and to top it off when you walk inside the office it smells like cigarette. Don't know what type of person they hired.
