I ordered couple items online for pickup, the first sales lady I saw I asked her what was the procedure and she took me over to the bins and handed me my items, super fast service. She was friendly very helpful. I wish I would’ve gotten your name.

Too many retail stores are pushing customers to download individual store apps, then share the information with third-party affiliates, usually unknown to the customer, and leaves the customer vulnerable to stolen identities and hackers ..

Absolutely terrible service ! I had never been in the store before and now I know why … On their website and online it states that they prize match specially if it’s an item from their own store online . When I arrived to the cashier I let the lady know that the item I wanted to purchase was in store on sale for $14 however online they had it for $9 . I asked politely if she could prize match and she stated that they can’t prize match or let me quote “it depends on who’s manager in the store if they decide to prize match” . I could not believe what she was telling me. So I asked again “so you are telling me it depends on the manager ?” . She said “Yup we don’t need to prize match if we don’t want toooo and it depends on the manager so we don’t prize match “
Well that’s how you go out of business…. @kohls it’s not about the money at this point. It’s how you treat your customers, how you explain things , who you hire to represent your store…

I went to Kohl's to do an Amazon return. I used to shop frequently at Kohl's. There were a lot of very good bargains there in the past. I decided to look around for some things for the two grandkids I had with me that day. I was appalled at the ridiculous prices and left empty handed and disappointed.

I went to make a purchase at the Bandera Pointe Kohl's. I appreciated that a guy from customer service went to assist me at the self check because I couldn't get the register to take my Cash Reward. Thank you Sir! The other guy who had been closer to me, apparently didn't hear me (or ignored me) when I called out to him, "Excuse me!"

Just had the worst experience with a manager who stated her name was Tanya (older lady with blonde hair) My wife and I went in not knowing the store would be closing early. We simply wanted to know if our item was still on hold so we could go back to pick it up when they opened again. We waited patiently at the door. Four other employees were very willing to help and polite. They went to seek a manager. That is when Tanya approached us very aggressively and unprofessional. She seemed very eager to leave and irritated as soon as she came up to us. As a manager representing Kohls, this behavior is very unacceptable and should not be tolerated or taken lightly. We left feeling very disrespected, belittled and with no resolution. I hope this situation is reviewed and taken seriously as there are other employees who also witnessed this happen.

Parking is super easy. Love the Amazon drop off process, so easy. Fitting rooms are never too busy. The kid clothing area is CHAOS. Everything is mixed up and the amount of toddler clothes is very small. Organizing and sorting the stacks of clothes definitely doesn't seem like a priority. There is hardly anyone in that kid area though so my toddler likes running around in that area.
