This place is a SCAM along with their ATM .. how are you charging an ownership surcharge of 3.50 TWO times on top of the 1.50 WITHDRAW CHARGE and ANOTHER 3.50 INCLUDED WITH THE MONEY YOU PULL OUT . THIS IS A SCAM AND I WILL BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS . YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF .
