I love attending the Silver Sneakers classes. The instructors are awesome and I always get a good workout everytime I attend!! I thank Loyda, Norma and Amber for keeping us healthy and active. They're the best!!!

Nice gym with friendly workers. Yes, it has a basketball court that is maintained well which is a plus. Also has a pool, and various class areas
