We had an excellent time this evening w/Joel who helped us with purchasing our new sofa and recliners at the DeZavala store. No pressure and very helpful with opportunities to get what we wound up deciding we needed. The recliners wound up being clearance items and we bought two!! Took lots of time with us…just a very pleasant buying experience.

Got to the Store early and Jorge Fernandez allowed me to come in early and assist me with selecting the perfect power recliner for my mom. Great Service and will be back for my recliner soon. Highly recommend Jorge he is Fantastic.

Ernesto was our sales associate when we went on to purchase our recliners. I have a very difficult time remembering people's names , but we both (my husband and I)remember Ernesto. He was so friendly and helpful and on top of that he was enjoyable to talk to. My husband and I left there saying what a nice man he is and if we ever need furniture again in the future we'll go back to Ernesto, even though it's not the closest store and we'd have to pay extra to have it delivered further. It would be worth it. Thank you Ernesto for being you. 😃 Customer service is alive and well.

We had a VERY pleasant shopping experience at Lazy Boy SA today. King did a great job showing us everything we wanted to see and allowed us to try and try again as we compared the Lazy Boy love seats. He worked with us and answered all the questions we had. End result - we are extremely pleased with our new love seat!!

I was very thankful for the help that I received in finding just the right chair for my husband who is going through cancer treatment and is frequently unable to find a comfortable spot to rest. The different customized add-ons will make his chair just right for him and a great Christmas surprise
