Do NOT go here for lab work. Worker directed a wrong test. The toilet in a cleaning room/broom closet. Terrible, dirty place.

It’s 8:00 a.m. clients in hallway waiting and no Lab Core staff here. Why?

Brought my 85 year old mom here for scheduled labs. The lab couldn't find the labs that her doctor's office had faxed over. We rescheduled for the next day. The doctor's office again confirmed that labs were faxed, and told us we could use the orders available on the patient portal if fax couldn't be found. We tried calling Labcorp multiple times and left 2 messages. When we got there, they again couldn't find the fax, wouldn't accept the order from the portal, didn't have an email nor printer we could use, and stated they don't check their voicemail until the end of the day. We'll not be returning for a third try- will be using a different corporation.

Supposed to be open at 8 am and not there. Office dark and door locked well after 8 am.

Wish I would have read the rest of these reviews before I wasted my time with Labcorp on McCullough! The front desk receptionist was not following the protocols outlined in the appointment email and online check-in, so I waited 45min past my appointment time for a text to enter the office that never came. Once I went in, Rita couldn’t find my lab orders which had been faxed by my clinic. She was rude, dismissive, and sarcastic. When I asked for her name and a survey- she was too scared to give me either. I confirmed with my clinic that the orders were faxed, but it’s obvious now why Rita couldn’t find them since she didn’t even ask for my name to look up the appointment or to find the orders from my clinic…

I came to their Labcorp today for my toddler to get some blood work, it took me 10 minutes to find where it was, and when I finally got there I signed my kid in only for the nurse to talk to me rudely about how I needed to leave since her and the other nurse were already on break. She said go across the street to the other location I tried to ask her to specify where exactly across the street and she just stared at me like I had extra eyes. This location made me feel frustrated and I'm glad I didn't let them tend to my kid cause I feel there still would've been an issue of a different kind

On a Tuesday at 2:15pm, I made an appointment for 3:30pm the same day. Arrived a few minutes early. The appointment confirmation email said to wear a mask so I did. No one was in the waiting room. I checked in at the kiosk by scanning the back of my driver's license and all the fields populated automatically. Shortly, the glass window slid open and I handed the clerk my paperwork and I was taken back, blood drawn, and on my way. Couldn't have been easier. Note 1: There is only handicapped parking in front of the building. You must park across the street. Cost me $2.00 for 15 - 30 minutes. Note 2: This is a small office and only one or two patients can be seen at a time. Likely just one.

I was forced to give one Star in order to leave a rating—-this location for Labcorp deserves less. The facility is VERY dirty. Though the Professional Building has undergone a remodel—Labcorp has not seen a cleaning in a while. The floors, baseboards, walls and shelves are cover in dust and grime. The bathrooms shared a smelly mop and dirty mop bucket. I find it ironic since the staff requires everyone to come in with a mask, due to Covid-19 but I seriously doubt this Suite has seen any cleaning for a long while! The check in process was delayed due to the Labcorp ‘Express’ check in terminal not accepting patient information. Even though, I tapped on the glass partition to report the malfunction to the reception/staff personnel—she never got up to fix or troubleshoot the ‘Express’ terminal and allowed 6 other elderly patients to struggle through the process with same results.Poor customer service from the individual behind the glass window. This facility needs to be evaluated for cleanliness, customer service and plain courtesy training!

This is the WORST labcorp I've ever been to, DO NOT make an "appointment" here. I arrived on time to my "appointment" this morning, only to discover several people lining up outside the office since there is a sign on the door saying only 3 people allowed inside. After waiting a few minutes, I walked in to a tiny, crowded waiting room of 6-7 people (what is the point of this sign?). I checked in on a kiosk, but it only scans your driver's license, doesn't confirm your appointment. There is no one at the front window because only 1 technician is working in the entire office. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was finally able to flag down the technician to ask how much longer it would be until my appointment. She said she had no record of my appointment and saw that I had checked in, but there was no appointment. I showed her the confirmation email & text message to which she said, 'there's still 2 people ahead of you.' By this point, I had to leave to go to work.As soon as I pulled into my driveway, I received a text message stating that a Labcorp technician was ready to see me...odd since they said I didn't have an appointment. This was an incredibly infuriating/pointless experience and I feel horrible for the elderly patients who had to wait in a jampacked room for well over an hour. There was a line of about 10 people waiting outside of the office, hadn't even checked in because of the stupid "3 people only" sign.I now don't have lab work for my doctor's appointment next week & I can't take anymore time off work this week. WHAT A WASTE.

Horrible customer service. They do not know how to great people or be socially professional in the least bit. This is not only the front desk girl but the technician also. All she said was "which arm"? Not a hello not a thank you, nothing.

You could post that you’re closed for lunch, So that working folks don’t waste their lunch time coming to see you when you’re closed. You could help people a little quicker and not make everyone wait for 20 minutes after they waited for you to open from lunch that wasn’t posted online.

Fluid lunch and closing times seem to be the pattern. They leave to lunch early as well as close early. I actually waited outside in the hallway for the ladies to get back from lunch the last time I went. I noticed the lights come on at about 1:05 PM but heard or saw nothing else. At about 1:15 PM I decided to try the door. It opened. They were there. They just didn't bother to open up and say we're ready. I have also arrived at 4:25 PM and they are closed for the day. With that said though, and writing their lobby customer service off to less than lackluster, once you get inside for the labs, they are quick, efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. So I guess its up to you on what you prefer and since this place is less than seven minutes from my house, that's where I will continue to go.

I went to this lab to get my routine blood work for my PCP because it's closer to my house. I went on a Friday when it opened and although there were a few people there, it went fast. However, the ladies need retrained. She couldn't find my vein in either arm then decided on the right arm and jabbed me so hard like she was digging a hole in the ground. It hurt and I am now tender and bruised 4 days later. She def needs retrained.
