I’ve been to this location several times. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. As a diabetic, I need lab work every 3 months. Drawing my blood can be difficult as my veins tend to roll, which I always explain to the phlebotomist before we begin. Every phlebotomist I have encountered has been very kind and patient and able to draw my blood with little to no discomfort.

These people are terrible with customer service. They are so rude and disorganized. The lady in the front avoids people and shuts the glass door every chance that she gets. I can’t believe a business would treat people so badly. I hope all the labcorps are not this terrible. My advice try another location unless you want to wait for 2 hours.

Horrible customer service, the lady up front was very rude not just to me to everyone else. I hope they hire people with professionalism soon every time I go in the person up front always has a bad attitude and not helpful at all. Definitely doing my labs somewhere else.

I cannot access app or website. Always says technical issue. I have cleared cache, data. Uninstalled apps reinstalled apps. Tried different browser. Reset and cleared router. Nothing works. Haven't been able to access LabCorp for over 2 weeks now.

Be early if u are a walk in. They don't have many slots for walkins even though they supposed to offer them between 130 and 4pm. They are a big corporate organization that can hire enough people for their workload, just making money more important

Took my mom to the LabCorp location at Citi base at 12 o’clock on 03/18/35. The Lab Corp website says they are open and no appointments are necessary. This location shows closed from 12:30 to 1:30. Spoke with Monique and she said my mom needed an appointment because they were closed for lunch. ????? My gut feeling tells me she just wanted to take her lunch at that time I guess for an hour and a half so we scheduled for 2:30 for my mom and we have been here 30 minutes waiting to be served. What is the use of having an appointment? My mother lives in Floresville and this is the closest one to her. I will be checking to see if there are other options for labs for my mom with her insurance because this is the third visit with LabCorp that has been disappointing. Why list a time on the website and not abide by it ? Why say walk ins are welcome on the website and phone number for LabCorp too ?
It’s literally a 5 minute blood draw. No wonder Quests are popping up everywhere !

This is the worst place to come, the young receptionist at the window who didnt wanna help anyone just said if i didn't like it to leave. After all these seniors are struggling to get checked in at the kiosk. Your company needs to do something about this because even previous reviews have said the same thing! What an embarrassment to be the front line of lab corp customer service!

The rudest receptionist ever wanted me to give her a urine sample before they drew my blood told her that I didn't need to go to the restroom if I didn't need to go so said she couldn't do my blood work. Receptionist has all this attitude.

Shout out to Monique and Sarah for doing amazing and the check in girl. I didn’t get her name. I was in and out yes I had an appointment but was out before then. Thank you ladies for being fast and Monique for only sticking me once lol

I tried not to get upset as I had to check in for the second time to still have my time wasted. I was told to come back at 1 to 1:15 pm to be helped. The doors weren't open until almost 1:40 pm. I was lied to (misinformed) twice by two different people saying different things. I don't appreciate having my time wasted we especially when I had to leave work to do so. I eventually left around 2:10 pm after checking in and the nice lady at the counter rudely told me I wasn't even close to being helped. I went to a different LabCorp.

Too difficult to even log in
