Tiffany took excellent care of me. I was sent over by the Labcorp on Oakrun because they ran out of the tops they needed for my son's labs. This is the 4th lab we had to go to because several sent us away because of lack of supplies or just incorrect information that delayed my sons care. Tiffany honored our appointment and got us in despite being busy and only herself and the other tech Leandra running the place. She even drew my sons labs and did it without any issue (pro). Thank you for your understanding Tiffany during a stressful and anxious time and being that person that impacted our day positively. We need more people in the world like Tiffany who will empathize with people.

After going to the Labcorp on stone oak and finding it closed down, I was able to make an appointment at this location. Not only was I out before my appointment time, but the blood draw was quick and painless. Thank you!

Good ol Labcorp. Only at this place can you get the first available “appointment” and they still be over 30min late. I sure wish there was another lab option in this town.

This review is for the LabCorp office on Stone Oak. I prefer LabCorp because the staff greets you when you arrive, unlike Quest, where the service windows are closed and you can't get anyone's attention. I needed bloodwork for an upcoming doctor appt and chose the Stone Oak office, which I live near. I called to make sure they had my Rx but never got a live person; just endless anouncements. So, I drove there only to find a note on the door, "Closes at 12pm due to HVAC problems", and it was dated March 12. I was there on June 12, so they clearly had no interest in fixing the problem, but failed in all their tedious annoucements to state that the office would be closing early every day rather than at the time stated on LabCorp web pages. What TERRIBLE management! I went to the Village Drive office instead and the service was great! In the future, you might want to avoid the Stone Oak office, whose management obviously has no concerns about customer service!

Fastest I’ve ever gotten bloodwork done, the tech was amazing. Barely even felt the needle go in and this is coming from someone whose arm is usually bruised for days after getting blood taken.

Loved it here! The location is so beautiful on the inside. It does appear empty, but overall it looks well kept.
The ladies at LabCorp (suite located upstairs) were wonderful and friendly. They made the process so easy and I would definitely go back to them again. I really hate getting my blood drawn, but both ladies did an excellent job. Thank you!

They helped my child through a blood draw when he was crying and scared. They were gentle and kind. They got it right the first time and made our experience as painless as possible.The room was hard to find in the building, but there wasn't any wait when we arrived.

Teach your drivers how to drive. I was nearly rear ended 3 times this morning on Wurzbach, and your driver continued to stay about 5 feet behind my vehicle until he turned.
