i made an appointment for the next day, upon arrival, I had easy check in and was called to the front desk right away…the man at the front desk was also the person that performed the blood draw… he was very courteous and excellent during the entire process!! I would definitely recommend this location.

The people who work here are nice, but the place is really disgusting. They don't have a sink in the bathroom where you give your stool/urine sample, so there's no place to wash your hands after you go. I had to wash my hands in the sink where I got my blood drawn. Yuck!

I came in to do my routine lab work with only 1 person ahead of me and I still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them to call my name while holding it so I could pee for my lab this place is the worst possible place to come for labs if you can go somewhere else if I waited that long with only one person in front of me just imagine if it was busy

Thank you so much Belinda and Donald for superb customer service, and kindness. Not only was I in and out. They were extremely kind and nice taking me a a few minutes earlier for my test, having been told from the huebner location to wait an hour. The quote "you get more bees with honey" is absolutely true. Thank you again Belinda and Donald for making my day a little easier.

Went to this location are requested by my Dr. this was my first time in this location and didn’t know what to do. Instead of informing or assisting ,front desk person Belinda Zuniga, who also happened to be the one getting my blood labs, was rude and very unfriendly. Bad customer service.

The owner and manager of this clinic should seriously look into their employees. They are beyond affecting the business by their rude unprofessional behavior and comments. When working in the medical field one must have good customer service and carry oneself with professionalism. This place has just about hired the rudest staff and this has definitely reflected in the reviews of this place. I would not trust or go to this Labcorp.

Joke and embarrassmet of an establishment. My wife recently visited this Labcorp location and she informed me of an absolute horror story of an experience she had on Tuesday the 20th of February 2024 at 11:45am
First of all they have the most rude staff imaginable . The lady at the front desk (her name was Diana or Deborah, we can’t exactly remember because we were so upset) treated my wife with the most horrible customer service imaginable. She was rude and demeaning to my wife through the whole process and threatened to lie and accusing my wife about lying that she had an appointment, a also threatening to lie saying that my wife refused to take the test which is insane why would my wife go there to take a test and then refuse the test? ON TOP OF THAT she violated HIPPA law and said out loud infront of the other patients at were there what my wife’s appointment was for. I am absolutely appalled and Beyond upset at how my wife was treated.
The front desk lady, is rude, demeaning, uneducated, a bully and a LIAR! We are reporting this incident.
I’m not surprised were far from the only bad review for this place. Also that lady deserves to be fired.
TLDR: avoid this place at all costs.

I want to preface this review by saying I'm not the type of person to go out of my way to write a negative review about every encounter I have with a facility. But the experience I had at this lab was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. So bad that I told myself I had to write this. First the clinic is super difficult to find and unclear about which building they are located in. Second, they make you get a parking ticket and pay if you go over a certain time. When I arrived, the parking meter wasn't even working so I was forced to park in a different lot far away from the clinic. As I walk into the office (on time for my appointment I had scheduled online in several days in advance) there was another customer ahead of me in line to speak with the front desk. I was patiently waiting my turn to check in when the front desk lady, I believe her name was Deborah or Diana (something beginning with letter D) Loudly she told her coworker (older white man) to tell me if I'm here for a drug test they are no longer doing them today. The man comes out to the waiting area and asks me what I was there for. I tell him I am there for a drug test, but I have an appointment that was scheduled in advance at 11:45 am. (I specifically chose this time because the clinic is closed on weekends, and I work full time during the hours they are open. So, i went to do this drug test on my lunch break from work. Which is why i scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't run into any issues.) I tell the front desk lady Deborah that I have an appointment. She then says, "it better be true because we stopped doing those at 11:00 am" WHATT?!! why would I lie? and if that was true why would your online system allow patients to schedule appointments all day for drug tests if you stop doing them at a certain time? Deborah then rudely asks my name. I give her my name and she asks me for my registration number. As I pull out my phone to read her the registration number she says " IM NOT GOING TO LOOK AT YOUR PHONE. YOU READ ME THE NUMBER OUT LOUD" that's exactly what I was doing? After that she asked me to give her my DL. It was absolutely worst timing that day but I had accidently left my wallet at home this day. I will accept that was my responsibility and that was my fault I forgot my wallet that had my DL at home. I told her I didn't have the physical copy of my license, but I did have a scanned photocopy and I would have no problem emailing it to her. She then said " HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE YOUR LICENSE?? WE can't accept your appointment without your license." she went on and on about how Its illegal for me to be driving without my license etc. of unsolicited advice basically demeaning me and rudely speaking to me. Finally, I was so done dealing with her I just asked what the process was to reschedule my appointment. She then searched through her papers and asks me to verify my DOB and SS# I give her the information and she rudely tells me to " take a seat" If she could verify my identity the whole time that way why did she give me such a hard time about the license??? As I'm walking to the chair to sit down, she then lifts a pee cup filled with blue liquid that she had near her desk in front of everyone in the waiting lobby and says "Also, if you can't give us this much pee then we will have to declare you as non-compliant/ and or that you refused/failed the test. so, if you don't think you can give us this much you might as well just not take the test" I was in utter disbelief by what I was hearing. She Straight up just told me if I don't pee to a certain line on the cup she's going to lie on my behalf and state that I refused/failed the test? How is that legal?!! how does one worker have so much power over my personal information and how does she have the power to lie that I refused/failed the test? She violated HIPPA by loudly presenting to other patients what my appointment was for. She also threated to lie on a patient&

The front desk lady is incredibly rude. On my appointment confirmation it says to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment and when I showed up, she yelled at me that my appointment wasn't until 8:30 and that I shouldn't have come yet. I explained that the email says to arrive 15 minutes early before my appointment and she again rudely said that I shouldn't have came until my appointment time. She proceeded to argue back and forth with me for 5 minutes. I was simply just following what the email said. She was nice to every other patient but incredibly rude to me.
