I am pregnant and was there earlier this week for my 1-hour glucose tolerance test. The man and woman at the window told me I was supposed to be fasting for this test (I had not been) and I informed them that my doctor did not tell me to fast beforehand. They said that I could do the test if I wanted, but that I'd fail it and have to come back for the 3 hour test. I was very upset because I had taken the rest of the day off of work for this, as I had just finished my prenatal appointment and then went straight down to the lab afterward. I decided to go back up to my doctor on the 2nd floor and ask them why I was not informed that I needed to be fasting, and the nurse there who recognized me laughed at the information I had been given by the Labcorp workers and told me I was NOT supposed to be fasting for this test. So I went back down to the lab, did the test, and the workers acted like I was given false information by my literal OB office and joked that "well when you fail this test and have to come back, you know why! We tried to tell you!" and even said "see you soon!" as I was leaving. MY TEST RESULTS CAME BACK COMPLETELY NORMAL. If they are not doctors or nurses, they should absolutely NOT be giving medical advice!! Phlebotomists are supposed to take lab orders and do what they say, and mine said nothing about fasting so they had no business questioning my provider.

I last visited as a walk-in for labs at 7:30am and service was quick and courteous, even when there's only one staff member on site. Making an appointment secures your place in line but isn't necessary if you don't mind a potential wait. I've walked-in as many times as I've made an appointment here and have never had to wait longer than I would at the UT lab at the MARC.
I have a reputation for being a tough stick and every tech that's drawn my blood here has gotten it on the first try.

We came at 1 they didn’t open till 5 after there was a li e of 6 the man unlocked the door didn’t open it and acknowledged anyone. One of the people in line just opened it and proceeded to the window and the man said be sure to check in at the kiosk. This woman didn’t know how to and the man just sat on his butt didn’t offer to help her. The lady asked another person in line for help. Your staff has poor customer service skills. They forget that these people are supporting your company.

Awful experience after I signed in at the kiosk. Young man with beard and mustache at the counter had an attitude and no customer service skills. I chose to leave and go to another lab rather than subject myself to such behavior. When I asked for my paperwork back, he asked if it was something he did. If you have to ask, you must know you are the problem. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

In and back out in less than 5 minutes. Pain free poke and friendly staff. Didn't even have an appointment this morning, just waited until 9:30.

The front desk lady was awesome and they got me right to the back. Destiny took my blood and she was AMAZING! I have had so many people have so much trouble trying to get blood out of my arm and most of the time they end up getting it out of my hand (which is more painful), so I dreaded coming and had put it off for a week. She literally just glanced at my arm and hit the vein. It was super painless and quick, thank you Destiny!

Fast, friendly and efficient are the words to describe this facility. Thanks to the friendly staff I was able to get in and out of the building in less than 20 minutes for a urine drug test. Michelle was professional and explained the next steps to follow as needed. Thank you LabCorp.

This joke of a "lab" is an absolute waste of time. Do not come here. Do not come here. Maybe if everyone stops giving them business they'll close this location and be the better for it. And the employees? Theyre also a joke. Useless. Clueless. Unprofessional.They are pulled from the clearance section of employees. They constantly run behind, blame everyone except themselves. I wasted 90 minutes just to be told they couldnt perform the services requested because the person who does said services had already gone home. Pathetic. Please take your business elsewhere---literally anywhere else! Beware.
