Arrived 1 hour to wait in line to be seen first. When the doors opened a gentleman said he dosen't speak English was checked in and seen before 5 people that were there before him.

The front desk lady’s were really nice, I love that the take walk ins the process for checking in is so easy you can even check in from your phone.

They don’t verify insurance benefits. My insurance benefits changed 2 years ago and every time I go they tell me I owe money up front for a deductible when I don’t. If they would verify the benefits or look at the previous times I’ve gone and had the exact same tests done and insurance paid ALL of it they wouldn’t be asking me for money up front. It’s embarrassing to argue with them when all they have to do is call the insurance and verify the benefits like I’ve asked them numerous times. I tried calling the offsite billing office and they told me they can’t help. Really?! I’m tired of this so I’m not going back. Also it’s been 2 weeks since my visit and still no results. Pretty sure they lost my blood!!

After seeing the rating, I was a little nervous to go here. But I had an excellent experience. The areas in both the lobby and blood drawing station were meticulously clean. The staff were courteous and professional, and I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. The whole visit was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

We went in this morning so that my disabled wife could get blood work. The lady taking her blood had the audacity to accuse my wife of using a cane to “look cute”. Really!?

Staff loses orders. Lost orders from Physician. Went there and they couldn't find it. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours until they could get the orders again. Finally had my blood drawn. 2 months later my Physician still hasn't received my results because clearly they even lost the results. I checked my online results portal and it doesn't even register in the portal. So not only does it appear they didn't put it in their system, they clearly haven't given my doctor any results either. This office and this staff is lazy, ignores the patients, has no decorum. I would suggest for anyone to go anywhere else but this location for their labs.

I had a very positive experience. I set up my appointment online weeks in advance. As the appointment date approached, Labcorp emailed and texted me a reminder with instructions for checking in. On the date of my appointment, I arrived at 8:30 am. to find one other patient waiting. There were instructions pointing to the check-in kiosk. The kiosk was user-friendly and quick. My lab technician was pleasant and informative. Other lab technicians have had a difficult time drawing my blood, usually requiring at least a couple of tries! However, that wasn't the case with the Labcorp technician taking care of me today. I could tell she was well trained and new what she was doing. My appointment, from checking in to finish, took less than 10 minutes!
