Had appt for labs on10 Jun 25. After waiting 20 minutes, Receptionist stated their system was down and patient needed to have doctors office fax and acted like the patient should know this. So, if you have labs at the topperwine location, make sure you have a paper copy from doctors office otherwise you will become agitated due to Receptionist attitude.

Absolute incompetence and unprofessionalism. Waited for 2 hours and when I asked the receptionest she had a disgusting attitude. As I i had done anything wrong. Wasted my lunch break and then some just to not get anything accomplished. This is absolutely sad, poor sense or urgency, customer care. If you hate your job that much, quit! Consumers deserve better.

Over a 2 hour wait for a drug test.

Should not have to wait well over an hour and a half for a simple drug test, especially when the lobby is nearly empty. The facilities are run down and the receptionist is rude as hell to everyone that comes to the window.

Terrible - an hour wait to be acknowledged by the receptionist/phlebotomist and then an hour wait to have the labs drain. They are severely understaffed and not efficient at all with your time or their own.

The rudest employees I have ever came across! I really feel bad for all the elderly that have to come here! The first person patients see is usually the mark of the business.. and with this being said the person behind the window should be more cheerful, helpful, welcoming, and smile with a greeting voice. Not opening a window and just setting there waiting for the patient to ask a question or concern!!
Definitely not good customer service here!!

The order on who gets called back first makes zero since in this place. Waited 45 mins before called to front desk for a urine test to tell them we also had blood work. They said there was none ordered and for me to called my Dr. I called my Dr to be told the order had been faxed in the week before with the urine order- they are both on the same order. Had to get in line after waiting an additional twenty minutes to be told that they found the order and it had been faxed and they had to go "check for that". They then told me that I had told them that it was electronic. I said I never said that and it's not my job to know how the order/ orders are put in. I told them it shouldn't take over an hr to get these things done. They replied with we are short staffed. Yet a ton of ppl that signed in on the kiosk after us came and left within 15 to 20 mins including ppl that just had drug test urine orders. But it took them 45 to call us back for our urine test. Then an additional 20 mins to figure out they had paperwork all along to do the blood order. They can't seem to get there stuff in order at this place!!
Don't go here to get it stuff done!
