I swear would it hurt to have a lil customer service.. geez. Front desk staff just looks at you like they hate thier life... but chew that gum. You don't have to act like we are the best part of your day. Have a better attitude cause it shows all over your face how discussed you are. It also smells in the waiting room.. would it hurt for a plug in. We have to wait for a while some times.

I made an appointment online and checked in 30 mins before my appointed time only to find out 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment that they dont even have me booked and they asked me to check in right then and there. I basically wasted an hour of my time thinking i would be called next. Why would the website tell me im good to go and they dont even have me on their list at the actual location? Extremely disappointed

This place is the textbook definition of an abomination. Their systems are terrible and their staff is incompetent and comically unprofessional. I went there twice in one day (driving over 2 hours), to which I was turned away once for coming at 12:00PM (which Google and the Labcorp website says closes at 12:30), and another for a bathroom problem which they said they didn't know when would be fixed. I strongly do not recommend this place. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

The service was good and fast but make sure you get your drivers license before you leave the place. I am 100% sure that my license was never given back to me. I didn't realize this until I got home. I live 25 min away and the center was already about to close so I figured with no problems at all I would go back the next day and retrieve it, But unfortunately that was not the case. Apparently the male nurse doesn't recall and nobody else there could find it. It's such a huge inconvenience now that I have to order another one and wait for it, but my biggest concern is that it could have ended up in the wrong hands. I just hope and pray that nobody does anything wrong with it that will affect me.

I'm here for a wellness check that was ordered by my employer and it's been in the system a long time. I take off work to come all the way here and I do the mobile check in. The front desk girl working just told me they don't have a scale nor do they have a blood pressure cuff to do wellness checks. How in the world would a labcorp location thats been here suddenly not have a scale or blood pressure cuff? Why allow people to book these appointments and waste their time then? She then tells me "You can go to our slowest location on Wurzbach". ?

I hate this place. They made us leave and go to a different location because a lady peed herself all over the bathroom and they wouldn’t clean it up. Unbelievable.

Good experience. I came in as a walk in and i i was able to get a drug test and some blood work done within the hour. The gentleman that helped me was efficient as he ran the clinic by himself.

I saw a lot of negative 1 star reviews and it shocked me. I actually had a really great experience at this location. The receptionist and med lab tech had me out within 10 minutes. They were very friendly and professional with me.

Lady couldn’t figure out how to get the tests covered by insurance even though labcorp is specifically covered under my insurance. Had to pay $150 out of pocket.. and the phlebotomist had horrible skills.Also very painful stick, I have very good veins and was a phlebotomist for a long time and she bruised my arm due to the trauma of how hard she hit my veins. Staff were so busy gossiping they couldn’t even pay attention to the patients

I came in without an appointment and had a short wait as to be expected. Martha was super sweet. The office was busy and Martha and Rebecca got through everyone quickly. Had horrible experiences at other locations and will return to this location.

Horrible experience. They need to read these reviews! Horrible customer service, disorganized, wanted to argue about not receiving doctors orders when I called my doctor they said it was in the Labcorp system. The girl at front desk was very rude!!Update: Now that I see things a little more clearly since leaving the Labcorp clinic having my blood drawn, I know exactly what is wrong with LabCorp. They had that poor girl working by herself, the front desk, and drawing blood at the same time. That’s why she was in the mood she was in. It made me want to cry. I was so stressed out while there because of a mix up on lab orders, I broke down once in my car. I do intend to let LabCorp know exactly what’s going on with their clinics here in San Antonio. They need major improvement.

This place really needs to hire more people! How can one girl be in charge of so many patients!! Very unexceptionable!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!! They should care for their employees as well as for their patients!!
