Outstanding Customer Service at Lane Bryant 5 Stars
I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for my wife for quite some time now, and I have to say the experience has been consistently excellent, thanks largely to one exceptional employee: Janie. Every time I visit the store, Janie goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect clothing for my wife.
What sets Janie apart is her genuine willingness to help and her excellent customer service skills. Shopping for women's clothing as a husband can be intimidating, but Janie makes the process comfortable and stress-free. She takes the time to understand what I'm looking for, asks thoughtful questions about style preferences and sizing, and guides me to options that would work well.
Janie's knowledge of the store's inventory is impressive she knows exactly where to find different styles and sizes, and she's always ready with helpful suggestions. Her friendly, professional demeanor makes every shopping trip a positive experience. It's rare to find an employee who consistently provides this level of personalized attention and care.
The store itself maintains good organization and a welcoming atmosphere, but it's really Janie's exceptional service that keeps me coming back. Lane Bryant is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who clearly takes pride in helping customers. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality women's clothing and outstanding customer service.

Went in with a friend so she could pickup an order. My encounter with sales associate Kenzie was great. She took her time with us and answered all our questions and took her time explaining all the sales. We’ll definitely be coming back to shop!

This store is incredible! I had been having some back pain for quite some time, and so I decided to update my bras. I went to this location and was greeted kindly upon entering. The sales associate asked if I needed help, and I explained to her about my back pain and how I needed a bra that was supportive but also comfortable with my injuries. She completely understood what I was looking for, and asked if I would like to be resized as well. I took her up on her offer and discovered that part of the back pain was caused by not wearing my correct bra size! She gave me a bra to try on that was incredibly comfortable while also being supportive. When I tried it on, it was like the pain disappeared! I was so thankful that I ended up getting a second bra, and then coming back to the store that same evening to buy a third! The staff were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you are looking to get a new bra, this should be the place you stop!

My experience was phenomenal. I went to Lane Bryant only to return items that didn't fit. However, Laura was so helpful and spent time helping me find the right size I was looking for. She even helped me order items online that were not in store. Her smile and personality brings comfort and trust into the environment. She is a great asset to the company. I cannot wait to shop here again knowing everyone at this location is ready to help.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Went into store 30+ minutes before closing. Cindy welcomed me and asked if we needed any help finding something. After shopping for 10 minutes, I asked for an open dressing room and Angela told me I could not try anything on because they close in 15 minutes. Even though the door said they closed at 8...which was 20 minutes from when I asked. No one said anything upon entering that they would be closing soon and would have limited services. Angela was very rude!

I normally come to this location and have a good experience, but this last trip experience has made it so I never shop at this location again. I was walking up to check out when they told we they were closed, and the same sales would be here tomorrow.I had the items in my hand, and if those two lady working Saturday night, spent more checking me out instead of trash-talking their manager and trying to close exactly at 8, I would have been able to purchase my items.It would be different if I didn't have anything in my hands, but right when I was at the counter, it was beyond rude.

Love this lane Bryant very nice folks. There was a slender young women with glasses and long hair that checked us on on 1-6-24. She was extremely nice as always. Very helpful too! Will return soon and catch the next sale!

Oh my, let me tell you how I enjoy this Lane Bryant! It is the only store that carries my size in a particular undergarment. Which is a relief because most women can understand a wire poking you! That's an emergency! So is about location location location! Plus, every once in a while, you can grab a cute pair of panties to match! Good luck in you hunt for the perfect lift!
