The clothes used to be a cute option or plus ladies, now it's way more old lady. Disappointing. I do love their pantie sales which is really the only thing that brings me in. Unfortunate.

This has been the only store I've ever shopped aside of online. Always friendly and helpful staff! Thank you for 20+ years of fantastic experiences! There are at least 4 stores I know of in my area, but I choose to go to Northwoods for the best service! Love my Lane Bryant!

Customer service was dreadful. Was greeted with a 'we close in 20 minutes' then the lady walked away. We couldnt find her or any other employee to let us in the fitting rooms so we went to stand by the checkout to have a girl wearing head to toe matching cartoon pajamas come up to check us out. I had thought she was a customer! She had been lounging around the store the whole time we were looking for someone to assist us. What has happened to Lane Bryant? Will not return to this location.

Had some trouble with an order pick up. Problem was with distribution, not the store. But Samantha was SO helpful in sorting it all out for me!Great selection. Helpful employees. Definitely recommend!

I always have a great experience shopping with Gina. She knows exactly what will fit great and look stylish. Love my private styling sessions. Everyone in always welcomed upon entering and feel like family. Highly recommended. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Clean, organized store. Friendly staff although no one ever came to ask if we needed any assistance. They didn't carry my wife's sizes, but did offer solutions to when and how to get it. 70% off the second bra as well.

I was there on Sunday before last at 12am. I was the only customer there. Worst service ever. There were 3or4 customer service ladies there all standing together talking and I was never acknowledged.
