We were greeted as entering the store, I was needed a bra and saw the 5 for $27.panties.I was measured by the store manager,Shwetha, she was friendly,quick, and suggested many different bra options.I love the comfort bliss full coverage solid!!My friend was also measured and fitted to a bra also little to her surprise I also purchased her a new bra as well..Angela was very helpful with the pantie selection..Thank you both ladies for helping us have an amazing shopping experience at your location!!Highly recommended!!!

I've been shopping ?️ ? at Lane Bryant stores for over 20 years and today I got the best customer service from Arlyce at this location. She was patient, knowledge and went above and beyond to get what I needed. I even bought ? ? ? some extra things that I saw and liked. She made me feel comfortable (when I usually don't like asking ? for help) and even answered all my husband's questions. ? This location is about 45 minutes away from my home ? but this is my new location from now on. Thanks ? Arlyce ? for making this customer happy ?.

Shopped at the location in Alamo Ranch. Crystal was so helpful! I needed bras and needed to be fitted as well. Crystal helped with both... Brought me a variety of different styles of bras to try on. All in all, great experience!

Great selection of plus sized clothes! The staff are friendly and helpful I do love to get my pants, panties, bras there. The nice thing is if you don't have your size in stock they will order it for you and have it delivered to your home or to the store. If it's delivered to the store then on your next purchase one coming in to pick it up is 50% off. What a great deal. The reason why I gave it four stars versus five is because I do have a lot of problems with their dresses and tops I find that the sizing isn't quite right for my form or the styles are matronly. From time to time I do find some great tops but I'll have to see the quality of my pants panties and bras have been very satisfying

Hands down the absolute worst Lane Bryant I've ever been in! Either I was sized up and racially profiled, or the sales associates were just that rude and oblivious to who was in the store. Needless to say this did not make for a pleasant shopping experience. Will not be going back to this store, I'll drive the few extra miles.
