Mr. Leal made the transition smooth for me. Coming from another state, I still had my Rhode Island insurance policy. Luis Leal does not know how to talk to his customers. He extremely rude,very disrespectful and unprofessional He was getting upset so easily and was argumentative because I had questions about my policy. It is very unfortunate I just started a new policy with them. Once it is over I will no longer be associated with this company. I would rather pay more money for insurance and get good customer service rather than pay better rates and treated like garbage.I would not recommend being inolved with leal services especially if you have a child near you when talking to him on the phone because it is hard to be lisening to him and prarenting a 3 year old at the same time. He doesnt like that.
