Liberty Tax is a very friendly and welcoming place with a warm, family-like environment. The staff is personable, delightful, and fantastic, providing excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and accurate, answering questions and explaining details clearly. Many customers are loyal, returning for years—some for over seven, ten, or even twenty-four years—without any issues. Taxes are often ready quickly, sometimes by the next business day. The business is highly recommended for its simplicity, trustworthiness, and because people feel comfortable there.
The whole process was quick. They were patient with me. I got the coverage I needed. I even forgot to include my apartment name during the review. I was transferred to customer service & the addition was simply smooth.
