Lids is lids jerseys and sports merch ..I would give this 3 stars since they don’t carry falcons merch at this location. But their employee Vanessa is pretty cool so they get 5 for her !

If you want to get the gear to show support for your favorite teams, this is the best place to go and shop.There's shirts, jerseys, shorts and hats available. You can customize your gear too.The service is excellent and the staff is really friendly.

Tried to buy a hat and arrived at 8:40pm on a Friday. Store is supposed to close at 9pm but the doors were locked and they wouldn't let me in. Didn't want my money I guess...

Customer service at lids North Star mall sucks! Lady with the red hair and glasses was rude and most definitely needs to fix her tone when speaking to customers! my husband went in to get a refund for hats I bought him for Christmas that didn’t fit him and she was absolutely rude to him and did not help him the way he needed to be helped, so I came back to get a cash refund the next day for my purchase on the same hats my husband went in for and she was rude to me as well I never disrespected or stepped out of professionalism but she did for no reason at all and I’m very upset with the service she provided to me and my husband.

dude who customizes hats doesn't listen at all blatantly disregarded my requests on 2 totally different hats/specializations. One of which was a gift he was dismissive in his approach to even making the order sheet for the hat I wouldn't recommend getting anything embroidered or customized from this location Everyone else in the store was super helpful from the moment we walked in until we left!

I've been to the South Park Mall and Ingram Mall locations. HORRIBLE Customer Service. REPs at both locations are rude and don't care about the customers at all . I didn't purchase anything because of it.. I decided to try the North Star location. the Third time was a charm. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted.This was Monday 11/8/21 round 11 am. It was busy and even though it was busy . The Lids rep was very kind and calm had no attitude what so ever. Was helping multiple customers at the same time. He was the only one in the store . Whereas the other locations had 2 and both with reps with bad attitudes. I was very pleased with the north Star location and will continue to ONLY go to the North Star location.. I purchased two caps with embroidery and spent 106.00. This rep deserves a raise or a promotion to train the other locations.Lids I'm pretty sure your losing a lot of customers because of reps at Ingram and South Park. I was about to take my business elsewhere
