Word of advice, if you're going to carry NFL, MLB, NBA and/or NHL merchandise, maybe you should have all of the teams. It's no wonder why online shopping is putting stores out of business.

Horrible customer service, I came in looking for 3 hats..the website said they had in stock at this location in which they didn't. I didn't get a greeting when I walked in. Thr guy at the main desk was rude. Called other lids stores and nobody would answer the phone... disappointing customer service.

Store manager, Lionel, was completely unprofessional and rude. After messing up an embroidery that we clearly stated and confirmed multiple times, he attempted to unstitch the embroidery which put a hole in the hat. As it was the last hat on the shelf we wanted to keep it, and asked for a refund for the embroidery due to it being messed up/incomplete. He said there was no way to refund just the embroidery AND keep the hat because it would "mess up their numbers." Lionel did not seem like he wanted to be there and did not attempt to remedy the situation nor apologize. Pretty much said take it or leave it.

Whoever is closing this store is awful. Showed up to shop at 10 until close on 7/30/2024 and manager was put out told me they were closed. Told him they close at 8 and in front of my kids he said “OK if you need it that bad…” without my kids there we would have had problems. This guy should go.Ill spend my money on Amazon instead of the storefront. Poor customer service all the way. Zero stars if it was possible.

Every single time I try coming to this store it’s either closed way before the website says it’s supposed to close or they close it 30 before the actual closing time. You lost my business. This is why Amazon is winning over yall, you have nothing they don’t include personalized merchandise.

Never again go buy anything they don’t inform you if you get a cap steam they don’t reminburse your money or give a credit, plus the manager was the manager at Ingram mall! Ask first before you get a cap steam.

Came in to buy a hat only to find out it was CLOSED with a sign saying they will return at 3:40 pm. Currently is 4:40 pm!Unacceptable!!
