This dude nick has a nasty attitude like he doesn’t want be there. Ask something he responds nasty attitude or don’t even answer u. I think the owner doesn’t care having a manager like this. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there.

Came in to get a bulk order of branded hats. Luis was the one who helped us out and was super helpful throughout the whole process. He helped with hat styles and had a great attitude.

This lids is the best lids ever great customer service. The people in the store Nick, mark and one that goes by lewsr made great conversation with me and was externally friendly, love the staff members and will continue to go in there and buy hats from the best lids team in SA!
