Like many Americans I am looking for work, homeless, with everything I own in a storage unit. I called to get some direction on how to get my storage rate lowered as jobs are sparse. Rachel was extremely sweet in listening to me and walking me through how the company could help until my situation changes.

I am so happy with this storage facility! They have gone above and beyond with helping me and the facility itself is clean. I feel safe going to my units and my only complaint is I wish they had more carts. They are in high demand. But I would recommend this facility!

Kris is super helpful! The units are clean and climate controlled very well. They have carts there for you to use for loading your belongings on to take to your Unit, this is very convenient!!! Units I feel are a little expensive. The rent went up like 3 times high and fast! Overall I know my belongings are safe and if I have any questions Kris is more than happy to answer them!

I just moved here from Michigan and came in the building a couple times but I felt like I was bothering the staff. Today I came in needing help and Kris was very helpful personable and kind. Thank you for your hospitality. I have now decided not to change facilities.

I visited Extra Space Storage and I was very impressed by Chris’s knowledge. Chris gave us a tour of our unit and explained everything very thoroughly. I definitely recommend renting a storage unit here if you’re looking for friendly staff and a clean cool environment to store your belongings.
