This is the only storage place I continue to trust my belongings in! Chelsea in the office is amazing! Very professional and always pleasant over the phone. The property is always clean and maintained. They also provide carts to make the process much easier to transport your personal belongings to and from 🙌 They also have security cameras thru out as well as an access code needed to enter the grounds!! I’ve done business several times with this facility and I will continue to use and refer them to anyone! Keep up the amazing work!!

very unprofessional employees i lost my items due to there unprofessionalism very heartbreaken i also asked for an owner only to get lied to back n fourth with miscommunication very unprofessional as well inside store “kimberly very rude and unwilling to talk i called iver 30 times to get it resolved and answers everyone working in store acting dumbfounded as if they cant be hinest i will not recommend them to anyone else very sad and in disbelief

At this location, ExtraSpace storage was originally lock away. The prices changed a little bit but the price is still not bad at all. I haven’t visited my Storage location in a few months. instead of calling, I just went straight over there and realized that the locks on the units have been changed and everything was newly painted. Today I Was Surprisingly able to get off at half day. I arrived at my unit to get the new key and didn’t realize that they were closed on Wednesdays. fortunately, for me, I called support and they sent a young woman named Chelsea, who is an assistant manager at another location even in the rain. Which I really appreciated. I will definitely keep using ExtraSpace storage ! Thanks for helping me out.

Very very very disappointed had the unti for 2 years I had no problems until this new unprofessional manager arrived lies after lies from her chelsea&amy promising things they couldn't deliver I had a 911 I called ahead of time to let them know I couldn't come.until after my 911 hospital emergency they still threatened to sell.my items and did Manger can't talk but is quick to take your money I lost all my sentimental things they don't care about u your just a number no a person all they care about is a sell and money sad God doesn't like ugly he will get ther Karma they won't even answer the phone with honesty all lying covering for eachother they won't even reach out to the buy to sell I can get back want was sentimental sad I would never recommend them to a dog they all out suck
