Alexandra helped me today. She was most wonderful! I was actually angry when I called. But she diffused the situation quickly & cheerfully. Right away, I was laughing! I could'nt believe it! She's very professional, but her cheery disposition is contagious!! I'm quite satisfied with the results! I will stay with Life Storage as long as you have people like Alexandra taking care of your customer service! Thank you! ?

This place is awesome, very helpful, Liz is great when calling and needing information!! My mom went to leave items for me, and she had trouble instead of me going all the way there to help her, I was called from the office and asked some questions to make sure it was me and they helped her get it...

When I started my lease it was life Storage. This company is outstanding and understanding. They went above and beyond normal standards. So helpful, caring and compassionate. They helped me so very much. Alex, Sarah and Zuri are the best, so courtesy and truly a great asset to this company. Seriously, this company and its customer service support are truly great couldn't been any better. Thank you for everything.
