Great and safe place to store all of your valued items. The management, especially Darryl at the Huebner/Vance Jackson location take every precaution to safeguard the units. I am very pleased to have used this location and will definitely consider using them again if needed.

My wife and I agreed this was the best customer service we received in a long time! Kailey was fast, attentive, and didn't miss a step, it almost felt like we known her for years and she hooked us up lol Definitely recommend this establishment if you need extra space.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, and like the fact that it said climate control. Every time I went it was nice and cool in the building. Also gave me a really good deal on my unit for the first 6 months And move out was a breeze have no problems or issues. Definitely recommend this storage unit.

I just rented our 3rd Extra Space storage unit in TX. This one is at 11947 Huebner Rd. I spoke with Kaylie and she was fantastic at getting us set up exactly the way we needed it. I'm expecting a great experience again at Extra Space storage in the coming months.

Kailey was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful with getting our old lock off as well as making sure we had everything we might have needed. She had an cheerful and friendly attitude and make the overall process of clearing our storage fast and easy!

Kailey provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in! She welcomed us & answered all of our questions, then gave us a tour of the 2 sizes of units we were interested in. We checked out other places but came back to Extra Space, not only because of the location & price, but also the friendly service we received!

I love the staff here. I recently scheduled a move out and was worried this place was going to charge me. Kailey picked up when I called and she was SUPER helpful! She insured me that there will be no charges to my acct. I really enjoyed talking to her about my experience with this place. It’s unfortunate that I had to move it due the price raise, but I would definitely be using them again if needed!
