My wife and I rented a storage unit at the Extraspace Storage facility at 24264 Wilderness Oak in San Antonio, for a year. First, I want to thank Alice for the exceptional care she took of me and my wife. She kept us informed of any issues that came up and was always helpful and pleasant (her customer service is top tier). Second, the convenience of being able to access my belongings 24/7 was great because we needed to take things out and put things in a few times and did so without having to wait for a certain time frame. Lastly, the storage facility was always clean and tidy (which is always appreciated). If we ever need a storage or know of anyone who needs a storage we will be using Extraspace.

Great place, always spotless and well maintained. Feels safe and secure. Alice, the manager at this location, is ALWAYS so very pleasant and helpful. She is friendly and professional and always treats me as a valued customer, more like a friend, when i have had to go into the office and gives a big wave when i drive by the office on my way out.
Great combination of excellent facility and great management!!

I frequently visit my storage unit where I keep a vehicle, and more than likely I'll see the store manager actively keeping things in order, and making sure everything is how it should be. Every interaction with Alice the store manager have always been positive, and she has resolved/answered any questions I may have. I can't say enough good things about her, and really hope that upper management is well aware of how well the place is run, and how much value in customer service she brings.

What a great storage facility and Staff! This is one of the best experiences I have had with a storage company. Typically, storage facilities are rundown, unorganized, missing carts, zero staff to be found for assistance, and faulty doors or elevators.
That is not the case here at the Wilderness Oak location managed by Alice. Alice was able to answer my questions, provide me the storage I needed based on my inaccurate calculations, and fix all card reader errors I was having with the online portal. The grounds were clean, restroom facilities for customers, and kind attentive staff (Alice).
This is my first experience at a facility like this and had wanted to express my gratitude for all the help, assistance, and guidance throughout this process. This has also eased the mind of my father-in-law who has recently moved in with us and can access his items at his convenience knowing the temp controlled space and security of the complex will keep his memorabilia safe.

I’ve had a unit at ExtraSpace on Wilderness Oak for years and recently rented another smaller unit for a short period to store my daughter’s belongings in between apartment leases in Austin. Alice, the manager, has always been very helpful with any of my needs or queries. I’ve never had an issue and the place is always clean with everything in working order - as it should be.

By far the best storage experience I’ve ever had. The facility is in excellent condition,
very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. Alice was beyond helpful in getting me organized and answering my questions. She deserves 10 stars.

I had a very good experience at Extra Space Storage. The service at the office, by Alice, was very kind and professional; she explained everything very clearly. Access to my unit was very convenient, moving carts were always available, and the place was very clean. I would rent again and highly recommend it.
