Here to write about our experience at the LC location I went shopping with my moms (mom, step and inlaw) on 8/30 around 5pm and the gentleman working the store gave up some of the best retail service I’ve had in a long time. He personally and individually greeted everyone in the store in a way that felt like he was talking to you only. I didn’t catch his name but he was the only reason I think all of us ended up buying something.
He swiftly educated us on products we hadnt used (artichoke body scrub and lotion) and best sellers to the ones who are new to the brand. Explained promotions and gently up-selled in a way that wasn’t pushy. His charismatic passion made our day.

Brand devote here since college. I will not use another shampoo and conditoner on my hair. The only problem is this location in San Antonio is way too far from my location in Alamo heights. A location needs to come to the Pearl development in SA! L'OCCITAINE WOULD DO SO WELL WHERE THE 10000 VILLAGES SHOP WAS AT THE PEARL!!! Pls listen and move the store or open another location more centralized in SA. Cities like New Haven and Montreal have multiple locations so why not us??? It would be so convenient for locals and visitors @ hotel Emma and make boku bucks. Quick L'OCCITAINE sign that lease!!

Rude as heck. It's 0940 and 32° and they are opening. Just waiting for my 0915 Dr. Appointment and they are running late. Literally freezing waiting 30 minutes for my late Dr. Just thought a bit of kindness to stand inside and warm up instead of waiting in the cold.Instead an unfriendly, "sorry we are closed you'll have to leave".We will NEVER buy a thing from this company again

Let's get to shopping for skin care BABY!!!! ok first let me tell you..taking care of your skin is the MOST important thing you can do for yourself...if you take care of it ...I PROMISE it will take care of you!!! Soooo lets goooooo...This is located in a small type setting and I have ALWAYS heard such GREAT things about this product line and wanted to try...So today we went HUNTY and had a WONDERFUL experience.. The store is clean and organized and very easy to find what your looking for. The people who work there are WONDERFULLY nice and want to help you find YOUR personal skin care needs and I appreciate that...They were instrumental in helping me find what I needed! During the cold weather my skin is very dry and just doesnt want to co-operate with me BUT these products REALLY help with keeping my face hydrated and plump...LOVE IT!!! helps with sensitivity to this sometimes cold sometimes HOT weather! Now dont misunderstand the products can put a dent in your pockets BUT isnt your skin worth it? I would DEFINITELY say YESSSSSSSS HUNTY!!! so go down there and let them get your skin together...you wont be sorry!!!! Happy yelping baby!!!
