I have had to rent storage units several times in my life when moving and such. I chose Lockaway this last time for its location. Number one, the staff is fantastic and truly knows the meaning of customer service. Number two, the climate controlled buildings are an amazing option for anyone who wants to access their unit day or night or as it is well lit inside. Number three, the facility is always clean and drive-up accessibility is great when you’re unloading and loading. Number four, they provide rolling loading carts on site to help transport your belongings. That was a bonus I didn’t realize until I moved in and was pleasantly impressed.
If I could give this review TWENTY STARS, I would happily do it. I will continue to recommend Lockaway to all my friends and should I ever need a storage unit, I’ll come back here. I sure hope other storage facilities are taking notes when it comes to excellent service in every aspect. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful people. We have recently closed our unit after over 10 years and have never had a complaint about anything. The grounds are kept clean and safe. The units are in good repair. The only quibble I have is the price but you get what you pay for.

I stored my belonging here in the fall of 2021 while I traveled for work. The climate controlled building is an amazing option for anyone that would like to access their units night or day since it is well lit inside. Everything is always clean and drive-up accessibility comes in clutch when you’re off-loading/loading. The staff are truly amazing - I lost my lock key and only had to pay a $25 fee for them to cut my lock. I’ve never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved by phone. I’m going to miss the staff and hope other storage facilities are taking notes when it comes to excellent service. Thank you so much!
