Predatory business practices. They'll wait until you've had the unit for 8 months to a year then double the rent without telling you, hoping you won't notice. Now I've got to go over there and move all my things to a new unit at a different storage facility. A heads up would have been nice. I don't plan to be using Extra Space Storage again after this, I recommend you don't either.

I stored a car here in covered storage for a few months. The facility is clean and well maintained.
Access is really easy with the Extraspace app to open the front gate, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful.
I highly recommend this Extraspace Storage location if you need convenient storage near 281 N and Wurzbach.

Sonia, the manager on Arion parkway has a great attitude and awesome customer service. The minute I show up at the office, she receives me with a big smile and the key for the storage unit. She is an outstanding part of your group.
