The customer service at this facility is below pathetic. Unit was moved in to and less than 4 months went from $59 to $96. Ludacris is an understatement. I know rates are not guaranteed but as a previous storage DM for a much larger corporation than this, a rate this high is unfair and not realistic for the area nor the customer as a whole. Moving to another facility with a company that has never steered me wrong and customer service is of the highest quality and standard. The business practice here is very distasteful to a new customer. Would NOT recommend this company let alone facility with their rude staff under any means at all to friends let alone family.

Was renting a unit online and decided to come in person instead and glad I did. Kailey was extremely helpful, got a bigger unit than originally was looking for. It was a very quick and great experience!

This place is great. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and I feel as my belongings are secured. I would definitely recommend this facility.

They are very accommodating and we’re so helpful and friendly and to care of a concern I had without the stress and complications I am used to from other places. The mgr Steven was very helpful and made me feel at ease in a stressful time moving is a lot to deal with and I’m really pleased with the customer service. They are doing street repair but Steven said if I had any issues with the construction workers or getting into my unit he would let them know immediately that was pretty cool .

I would never rent with them ever they lie to get you in and talk mess about public storage but they don’t lie to customers and they don’t make customers feel like a number. The manager of the huebner location lied just to get us in and then he basically said you’re not worth extra space storages time or money but we make your money with out customers they are nothing

I've been using Extra Space Storage for about 3 years now, and I'm extremely satisfied. Steven is always very kind and helpful. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and secure. The gated access and security cameras provide great peace of mind. Accessing my space is always convenient.
