Mallory and Docia were very helpful. They catered to my needs and made the entire move in process amazing. I don't think I've ever had a leasing party help me out as quick and efficient as them.

Rent has increased twice since I’ve been here and both within a span of a few months. The gates are always broken or not working for some reason. People keep messing up the main entrance and it hasn’t been fixed yet. The inside where they have the climate control is always dirty and there’s always trash and dirt everywhere every time. I’m not sure why they increased the rent: probably because people keep messing up the gate. At least keep it clean if I’m going to be paying more. Management needs to manage better.

To the owner: who posted that you try to keep your customers happy. I been there for a couple of years and yet everytime the doors are broken or not working. I need to always walk through other doors to open the big door to drive my truck on a daily bases and you say that you do whatever to make your customers happy? Now your raising my rent when I've been patiently waiting for that door to get fixed. All I hear is that you tell your employees to tell is that it has been ordered and yet nothing has come through and it's been over a month since I've heard that. I'm out as soon as I find another storage because I'm not paying anymore for your nonsense. Order from Amazon they deliver right away. Don't lie to the customers. Now I'm there daily if you need to talk to me. But just until I find another storage.

The Lady was very helpful and courteous. She expedited in getting the storage set up for me . She went over and beyond. She walked me through the process of accessing the storage unit.

Storage facility has excellent climate control and security systems. Everything is convenient and easy to control from the app. Have been using this storage for 3 - 4 years and haven’t had any issues.
