I only happen to come in due to the high reviews and have been hooked ever since. I’ve been coming for several months now and it’s been nothing not great experiences. Everyone is really friendly and they always take really good care of me. Kim has been doing my nails and does a phenomenal job. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking to get your nails done 💅. I will never go anywhere else as they will have my business. They actually listen to your needs.

I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. Amy I’d the absolute sweetest and is so good about making sure I like my nails every time. She is so flexible with shape and color, and is always happy to try new designs for me! Their pedicures are so good and relaxing!

I had a pedicure done here yesterday. I just moved to this side of town and looking for my nail salon. This one is not it. First, they had two kids running around, screaming the entire time.I was there, kind of takes away from the whole relaxing experience. My nail tech was a tad rough. I kept telling her ouch when she was doing the massage our hot stones. She actually left bruises on my legs. I will never return worst experience I think i've ever had in the twenty years of doing mani/pedis.

I’ve been going to Amy for almost two years now for acrylic sets and gel pedicures. She always does an amazing job creating my vision/ideas/inspo pics. She graciously listens to my asks and wants even when I’m being picky and/or indecisive. I never have issues with lifting or chips even after 4+ weeks and my gel pedicures never chip. 10/10

I flew into San Antonio that morning and was in need of a processional yet stylish nail look for a corporate meeting the next day. I looked on Google and found Lotus Nail Spa after reading 100+ customer reviews. The nail shop was very clean and inviting and didn’t have a bad nail shop smell. The service was quick and thorough. My technician was perfect with his nail tools and did not hurt my cuticles. He shaped my nails to fit my fingers perfectly and was able to use my inspo photo to create a perfect look. Price was very fair for a full set with designs. I will continue to use this shop when I fly in to San Antonio. Thank you Lotus Nail Shop!

I will always come back!
I have been going to Lotus for a little under a year and it is by far the best nail salon I have been to. They never disappoint, even after being gone at school for a few months and finally being able to come back I was welcomed in and was asked how I was. They are the kindest people and truly care about their clients
