Super happy with our decision to purchase a sactional from this location! Ordered on a Monday and received and setup on Saturday. The showroom employees were super helpful and went out of their way to help us get the best deal.

I’ve been in the store a couple times. The staff is always so helpful. Last time I was in, Josh helped me and he was very knowledgeable. Customer service is always five stars.

Went in to waste some time while the fam was shopping. Been looking at LoveSac since they started and only sold beanbags. I was extremely impressed with the new direction of the company and more impressed with the layout of the showroom and my salesperson, V. She was young so I wasn’t expected to be sold or even her level of knowledge to be able to sway me. I was wrong, she completely answered every question I asked with full competence and enthusiasm. Not only did she work with me, but the work continued over the next few days through unsolicited text messages and calls, started by myself. Lo and behold V was able to complete my complex order, plus we upgraded to much of the products that are available for our needs. If it weren’t for V, we would not have made this purchase, point blank! She is a rockstar!!
