*I am pissed! My wife and I purchased a washer/dryer a year ago
and a large tool box (several months ago) with extended
warranty (five year warranty)only on the washer/dryer
(claims.lowesprotect) which is associated with Assurant.
Started having problems with the washer and the tool
box did not come with a key to unlock the tool box. Went to
Lowes(78224) with the receipt for the tool box, got the run around,
would not let me speak with a manager, so I left! Next I called
Lowes Extended Warranty (for the washer). Was scheduled to
have a company by the name of Appliance Service
@ 1-877-273-3999 to come out, look at the washer on April 3, 2025.
They were a no show! This is so uncalled for! Going to contact
someone who cares(BBB)! Stop taking down my reviews! Am telling the TRUTH!*

My purchase stayed on the counter in appliance dept.
I continued to shop for another product in pesticides.
Purchased that and left.
Got home and realized my first purchase never got handed to me.
Called store.
They need to look at footage.
Called next day.
Still cannot give me an answer.
Called third day.
Still nothing. Need to check video.
Went in person on fourth day.
Explained my dilemma.
Handed me my product..no questions asked.
Did anyone even look at footage?
Why did I get the runaround?
Did anybody even care?
Next time...Home Depot.

People are most all quite friendly, but somewhat hard to find. Store layout does somewhat alleviate the issue as long as you r got a good idea of what you need.

Enjoyed shopping where most of the pro desk sales people know me and joke with me. Found everything to repaint my laundry room. Even found a gallon of paint that was half price.

I visit Lowe's very often because of my type of work. I've always appreciated the great customer service and the well organized stores are.
The one star is just because i recently noticed that now they are charging a fee for the use of the shopping carts.

Completely misleading signage on their Levolor blinds. Two large 40% off signs right in front is of them but they don’t honor it on the in stock product you need to order custom blinds online for a higher price.
Called the manager over and he explains it and said yeah we get this often.
Well maybe take the completely misleading signage down!

Can't use buggies unless you have a coin. Instead of keeping the homeless people from stealing their buggies they make you pay for the privilege to buy more than one item. I do not use cash so I did not have any coins. Take your coin craziness back to California or Austin.

I love lowes there awesome, but today at check out some lowes Anglo lady belive cathy,embarrassed Me so bad ,in front of people, she asked for my receipt, I show to her. I had 2 rose plants already in grocery bag,that salesman put in for me at garden area, he also gave me a discount, because one rose bush had a broken branch, that might die off, this Cathy, tells me u only pay for one. I show her look. It says 2, she saw I got a discount. She yelling at me said they should of never done that. I started yo cry told nice supervisor, plus nice young man that sold me the roses came heard my drama me crying. Just said. I love the roses but just take them back,take them off my lowes card. 🌹 🌹 I should of never been treated this way

I’m very unhappy with the way Lowe’s treat his customers I came to buy some merchandise here at Lowe’s on Christmas Eve and the employees were in the back of the warehouse just standing there talking well I need some help over here on the aisle. I think that is very professional. They’re getting paid to do a job not to lollygag.
