I can NOT say enough about the level of customer service we received today! Esteban went above and beyond searching for a refrigerator and freezer for us. The first employee blew us off and said nothing was in stock I honestly not sure what his role is besides walking around trying to look busy. Esteban saved us time, money and a headache searching all over town for appliances.

Be careful with this store selling your online orders and making you buy more expensive items in the store, when you have no choice. Or just don't order or buy appliances here. Best buy down the street has appliances the same price or cheaper, and they have more options in-stock. If BB opened earlier, I would have just ordered from them. I already know how this Lowes operates.
This time, one of the properties I manage needed their dishwasher replaced. I placed an order online since I can never find any affordable dishwashers in stock, here. They said it would be ready the following Tuesday. When my repair man went to pick up the dishwasher, Wednesday, they said they didn't have it. We had to buy a new one, on-the-spot, which was more expensive, and cost my client an extra hour of service charges to the repair man. So my client ended up paying $150 dollars more for no good reason.
I hope this helps someone save their time and money.

Worst customer service! Purchased a couple of hundred dollars worth of concrete, but nothing was available for us to load as all the pallets were wrapped so we spent 30 minutes waiting for people to look at themselves and pass the buck to each other before anyone would assist. Could have spent half the time at Home Depot.

I always find that Lowe has a higher quality of product than the Home Depot. I have also found great deals on appliances at a Lowes.

Never has this situation asking for tx id for phone sales no wonder a don't see a lot people on this stores (Lowe's)
