Worst Lowe’s’ ever . I literally waited 30 minutes in the plumbing isle and NO ONE ever came to help me despite me asking the girl to call someone several times. She did repeated call for assistance yet no one helped me .

Another Lowes location I used to be happy with going down the drain. Low stock on items, can't find things, un-organized, incompetent staff. On the other hand... Home Depot has been making various improvements since Covid that I have noticed and experienced the positive effects of those changes when shopping there. Lowes is stuck in the same model and hasn't really changed, and it shows. If I were a major shareholder at Lowes, I'd be head hunting for new leadership.

Disappointed in the integrity of this is. Today (03/11/2025) at 10:20 am. There was a white Tacoma (elderly husband driving) parked in front of the store exit doors with an elderly lady waiting next to the truck for someone to help lift her brand new toilet into the back of her truck. She asked me a bystander walking into the store to help. She said somebody was suppose to help her, yet no one from the store came to help. I did not mind at all helping her. My problem is that this as soon as I walk in the store had 3 employees (1 male, and 2 female) in the store just staring outside in the direction of the elderly woman and didn’t help her. To me that speaks volumes of how this store is ran. Why couldn’t 1 or 2 of the employees out of the 3 go outside to help an elderly woman lift a toilet?

Garage Install process is an expensive nightmare! Why have an install service when the day of the install says we have to have all these extra bolts and Angles for him to even get out here. He just said its canceled to reschedule when we have everything, when it should come in the box or he should have the tools to get the job done. The house we purchased was built install ready for garage openers. Terrible service from Grant. Will be returning item

Stay away from lowe’s and there products specially the air compressor and the water heater either they sell you a defective product or a bad quality product will work for two months and give up after that.. lowe’s won’t warranty it and won’t give you another one .. very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad customer service.

So, for a Monday morning, the store was practically empty. No one is buying materials on Monday? Wonder how come. The store was fully stocked. No construction crews. Nothing.

Return policies change from items ask before buying anything. Some are just 48 hrs which is ridiculous when. Item still packaged

The store is very understaffed and difficult to get help from an associate. Also, lots of peasants roam the parking lot that ask for money. The general manager should hire peasants in the parking lot and could really make it a better total shopping experience.

The new return policy is horse shhhhh. My husband bought materials and had to return and item and because he didn't return the ENTIRE RECEIPT worth of items they wouldn't refund him. They said he had to be given a store-credit card and it would take 2 weeks to get to us. Not only that but u get NO confirmation or anything just a notation in the system. Sooooo I'm guessing now LOWES wants to control our money and say u can't get your money back u have to get a card from them that u can only spend in their store. My husband is a huge contractor and spends thousands of dollars daily there and this particular thing is the reason he chose to take his business to home depot.

No stars for me 1st of on here it says close at eight then they closed at 7 o'clock. I asked 2 workers if they can send someone to the cutting center. Waited about 35 minutes. No one came then had to go look for someone for some for the 3rd time after 40 waiting my husband finally got someone to come help. Terrible!!! Do better!
