Worst experience ever. I even lodged a complaint with corporate. No follow up of course. I literally already paid for a vanity that was supposed to be delivered. There was a delay and I was told I could pick up at the store. When arriving at the location their “system” would not allow them to do so. So it was delivered later delaying the whole progress which my wife and I took off work for to complete. Extremely disappointed with every piece of this interaction. I will stick to Home Depot in the future.

Paint department is too slow every time every day every year. They can't multi task and will show you that they don't care.

Tom in appliances was great 👍 He helped me and my husband pick out a new microwave, fridge, and oven. Check out was seamless and easy. He was patient with me and my husband as well.

Not a fan of the self check out with no other option except in garden or construction. On the plus side is there is a cheerful human ready to assist.
