Debra was awesome, she helped me move all the bad sheets of plywood out of the way to get a good one and was super helpful with looking up the specs on the wood I was looking for. Thank you Debra I will definitely be coming back to this location.

This used to be a great store with a lot of product availability. Lately I end up frustrated by lack of inventory for home remodeling. For example, this location came up short for a recent bathroom remodeling project. Shower drain and pan not in stock. Had to special order. Door knob not in stock. Had to special order. Tile not in stock. Had to special order. Tile edge trim not in stock. Found at Home Depot. Shower niche not in stock. Found at Home Depot for less. I needed some PVC fittings and they were out at this location. Had to go to the location on I-35 to find them.

Waited a week for a delivery. The delivery was over hour late. Was not home when ir showed, and they delivery was damaged and un usable. I don't understand how it could be left like that. Poor Business practice. Promise you are going to lose money. The store didn't seem to care at all. Sux cause this was my go to store.

I ordered online and picked up my merchandise. They had my purchase ready in less than an hour. And it only took minutes for them to bring it out to the car. Go during a weekday.

Can't find something? Ask one of the caretakers or check collectors and try not to act surprised when they don't know where to find it either.But don't worry! They have it on the App.

When you actually find someone to help you, they are pretty friendly, but there is hardly anyone around so the service suffers because the staff is spread so thinly (which also causes burnout, btw but companies blame people not wanting to work.) Only one register open and, of course, that is to force you to use self-checkout (we could not pay cash as we had wanted), and only one install person to help everyone. This caused us to wait about 20 minutes for a question that took less than 5 minutes to answer. Also, they have a sign that says "Whirlpools" where the mediocre selection of tubs is but no one knew why that sign was there. I do not blame the employees; I blame corporate and all the home improvement stores are the same. It has become very sad and pitiful that company execs view customer service as optional when compared to saving a buck to make their pockets even fatter.
