Alot of staff members to just stare, not be friendly, and look partially annoyed. Pay for better employees because the experience should be part of your purchase! I ended up ordering online and to claim "high quality" the boots I got were allready damaged. They should be pristine for the price. Pretty disappointed. Other than this they are gorgeous boots and extremely comfortable so I exchanged them. But do better if you want customers to return and have good word of mouth.

I was recently in San Antonio and the only free time I had to get to the store was a Sunday and I arrived about 4 min's before closing, Alex was the associate, and I have to say, Top Notch Service!!! I felt awful to arrive so close to closing, but it was the only free opportunity I had before leaving the next morning, Alex took his time answering all my questions and showing me different options.
Alex went above and beyond for the situation. Can not say enough about the overwhelmingly positive shopping experience. Thanks! Love the boots!

My husband and I came in last week and he got his first pair of Luchesse boots! Samuel assisted us the whole way through and was super helpful and patient without being pushy at all, just very kind! I highly recommend this store and specifically Samuel to help you find the perfect pair of boots! We will definitely continue to shop this store!

You can't even try to go during normal business hours because they put a sign on the door and say they are closed. I was there yesterday too and the girls working behind the counter were so unprofessional and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.

Absolutely stellar experience at Lucchese bookmaker at La Cantera! Claudia Miller delivered top-notch service, making our visit truly exceptional. The level of care and attention far surpasses neighboring Tiffany & Co. Tiffany could learn a thing or two from this crew. The Lucchese team sets the standard for outstanding customer service. Highly recommend! Plus, we walked away with one-of-a-kind Priscilla boots in stunning rose gold. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Sad experience.Location and access is fine.I showed up about 10 minutes after they opened on a Monday morning in order to have a chance to actually speak and deal with staff.Went in and when I asked about smallest sizes and orders the sales lady basically smiled apologized, said it would be special order only and walked away. Like, she dismissed me.So basically if you wear smaller than a size 6 in women's boots don't bother since it appears they don't want our business.Funny thing is since I do have such small feet. I EXPECTED to have to order. Which is why we went early during a less busy period of time.

Service wasn't great. I ordered boots and received used boots. Tried to return at the store and they wouldn't take them. I had to ship them back. Not convenient. Disappointed.

Don’t walk in there…Unless you want to smell and see handcrafted masterpieces made from exotic leather… beautiful boots and service was top notch, ended up buying some Rios boots.

Lucchese has a great assortment of boots in stock, as well as leather travel bags, purses, and wallets. This is a great place to purchase western wear in person.
