It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but Ralph & Jeff are the mechanics that other auto part stores refer customers to, and with good reason, because they’re honest, hardworking, skilled and reasonably-priced. I’ve used them on multiple occasions and they have always done a great job for me.

Took a vehicle running and after a month was told it didn't run anymore. They changed a part without the appropriate tool and messed up the motor. And than were rude and treated us like dirt when we decided to take the vehicle elsewhere after a month of them having it. Never apologized or even tried to make amends. If you value your car I definitely don't recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to Mac Auto....expect lies and the run around. Total regrets for ever dealing with this business.

Jeff is a nice man and very honest! There needs to be more mechanics like him! Here in San Antonio there are a lot of dishonest ones. It's disappointing. I will recommend more people to come here for their automotive needs! Thanks Jeff! Keep up the good work!
