Came in for an oil & filter change and to have the Tire Sensor Fault alert checked. I told the service advisor I could Only pay for the Oil & Filter change on this trip. My vehicle was placed in the bay almost immediately as several bays were open and the oil & filter change was cared for quickly. The TPMS sensor was identified and I was notified fairly quickly.Then came an unexpected delay.Some time went by so I went and checked on my vehicle and noticed it was still in the bay unattended. Several more minutes later my vehicle is being removed from the bay and taken to a parking spot as usual. Again Several more minutes went by before I decided to approach the service counter there I noticed my paperwork was sitting. I asked a different service advisor about it. He couldn’t locate the discount business card in the pouch nor around the counter area. After several more minutes we both saw the original service advisor approaching who I had given the card to who proceeded to do the check out.

Was the best buying experience I have ever had. William was extremely helpful with the process. Was able to get most of the stuff done before I even arrived. Upon arrival was greeted with open arms and could just tell right away it was going to be a good day. Wasn’t at the dealer very long at all. Took 45 minutes total. Would highly recommend Mac Haik to everyone who’s wants a good deal.

Surprised to see some of the reviews here. I understand everyone has their own experiences but I don’t have any complaints about Jose or the service team. I actually live pretty far from the dealership and can take my car to be serviced anywhere but I prefer to bring my car here and purchase my cars here. I’ve purchased my second brand new vehicle from Jose and he always made it super simple. Never felt like he was being a salesman. I told him what I was looking for and wanted and he made it happen.. Both times I was in and out. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will buy my next vehicle from him again. If you want an easy no hassle car buying experience, call Jose!! I love my 2024 mustang ❤️

The waiting area was very clean upon entry. I've been here several times before for an oil change and I fully expected to be here for at least an hour but was told it would be about 20 min. In the end it was an easy 30 min wait. I'll continue to service my truck here!

I usually have a good experience here. I had a scheduled recall appointment and took my bronco sport in. The man at the check out was nice but became the root of my issue. At check in, I stated that I wanted to have my oil change and tire rotation completed that same day, because I was due. The employee nodded his head yes, while continuing looking down at the computer. I then felt like he wasn’t really listening or paying attention to me. So then I asked, “Do you think it’ll take all day? Especially since I’m getting the oil change and tire rotation?” he nodded his head again, so I thought he had to have got it that time. But no. I got a ride home and then a call later that afternoon that my car was able to be delivered. Which I loved being able to have the delivery option because it saved me from having to get a ride over to the dealership. My car was delivered about 10 minutes before I got home. When reviewing the form stating everything that was completed on my car. The oil change and tire rotation were not completed. So I had to call the dealership and let them know it wasn’t completed and was transferred to the man that checked me in. He then stated that he didn’t remember me requesting the services. I was very upset that we had to reschedule another day to take the car back in. My husband and I had to move our schedules around and it was very frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, gas is very expensive these days and I had to waste my time and gas going back and forth. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

We had a quick and productive time at Mac Haik’s Southway Ford. I used their website to see what trucks they had in stock, we called ahead and made an appointment with salesman Andy Ramos. He was ready for us when we arrived. He had the truck we were interested in pulled and ready for us to see. We discussed price and Andy came in a few hundred below what we expected to pay. Paper work was done by quick and efficient staff at Mac Haik’s Ford. And we drove our new truck home. Thank you Andy Ramos and Mac Haik’s Southway Ford!

Best service department! Never disappointed with their work.. we bought our truck at Northside Ford .. we were not happy with their service department . So we started coming to Mac at southway Ford. And we have always been a happy camper here.. very friendly staff!! With great personalities and got you laughing.. five stars to the south side Ford.. and at the same time they went out their way to find out they can actually pick up my Ford from our home to get the oil changes done.. Thank you .

Bought a truck this past weekend from Mac Haik. We arrived at the dealership at 9am Saturday morning. We got there early so we could get things done and not be there all day. We found a truck we liked and realized it had a tire light on when we went to test drive. When we started working on the financing, we asked that the tire be looked at while we were signing papers so that it would be ready to go when financing was done. We got told multiple different stories after that regarding the tire and ended up spending ALL day there. 9-5:30. They did ended up replacing all 4 tires for us with what was supposed to be new tires. They were not new and we discovered later that they weren't even the right size tires for the truck.Out of the last 4-5 vehicles we have bought, this was by far the WORST car buying experience ever. Definitely will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Do not buy a car from here! Their policy makes their vehicle warranty obsolete. So when you take your vehicle to get serviced they typically cannot see or service your vehicle for 7-14 days. That's just to diagnose it! They usually say an excuse like a machine is unavailable or being used somewhere else or something then push you to try and buy a new vehicle offering you below market value for your trade in. When we asked for a loaner car they said they are all checked out and NEVER have one available. Save yourself the frustration.

He was able to answer all of our questions rapidly and we very much appreciated that he gave us a variety of options! Only giving 4 stars because the person who was explaining the GAP insurance and APR plus all that jazz did not know how to answer our questions!

We have been coming here for years pretty disappointed that these recent last few years they have lied to us and damaged our vehicle. Paid a lot for a used part that they claimed was "new" and still have trouble with it. Whoever fixes the vehicles needs to be careful. We got a broken dash where someone may have smacked it with equipment but they claimed it's the "heat". Bottom of the truck is sticking out where they opened it but didn't fully put it back. The bottom right by the glove box was also pulled open and not placed back correctly. Just take your vehicle to get fixed by someone who will actually fix it and not lie about it nor damage it instead of paying an arm and leg.
