My daughter and I were very impressed with the General Manager Dondrick Starks professionalism, excellence and care for the customer. He made sure we were able to pick the right storage size we needed. He also put us at ease in regards to safety for the storage unit.

I’m very pleased with this storage facility. It’s very clean, safe, and well-maintained. In addition to having high-quality cameras at every corner, management also does routine checks/walkthroughs for added security. I once forgot to lock my unit correctly and received a text notification from the manager the very next morning when management arrived alerting me to my mishap! Dondrick is super welcoming, friendly, and provides excellent customer service!

The management, specifically Dondrick is such a great help. He made my first storage experience easy and comfortable, he showed me the sizes and I shared with him my needs. From there, I have only great things to say about our CubeSmart neighbors.

I kept my belongings at this location for 3 years and never had any issues. Management is very helpful and polite. Moving out and canceling was a breeze. I’d give them more stars if I could!

Manager Casey was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions and even pointed out extra features with my space. The other manager D is also very friendly and helpful. This team is above and beyond.

I just moved here a few weeks ago. I needed a storage unit to keep my belongings safe. I went to Cube Smart, and spoke with Store Manager Robert. I ask him the different sizes of units available and their prices. He explained all details thoroughly, and gave me stellar customer service. Thank you Rob.

I called Cube Smart on Mainland, close to where I live, and Store Manager Rob answered and asked if I would like to explore my options on size & pricing, by showing me around. Hands-down, the best experience! GM Loryn was so very knowledgeable & helpful. The property is secure & clean, with maximum security measures. Storing personal items is such an intense experience; grateful for the professionalism with a smile!
