DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.
even tho my items were ordered on a business day , my order will not arrive on time because they did not process my order and I paid express shipping $30 extra for an order and my package won’t arrive on time.
And when I talked to customer support they told me to deal with it because it’s their schedule however they did not specify that their delivery won’t be on time due to them being closed on regular business days

I’ve had a bad experience both times I ordered with them. First time they sent the wrong color skirts. They corrected the situation but I still had to pay for shipping to return. The second time the color I selected on their website was not the color I received. After a few emails back and forth someone called me. She basically said she has no control over what the warehouse sends out. So to everyone who wants to order with them…DONT they might send you the wrong item and you are responsible for the fee to send them back. There are NO REFUNDS.
There was no attempt to amend the negative experience whatsoever. They don't care.

I had a bad experience both times I ordered from them. The first time they sent skirts of the wrong color. They corrected the situation but I still had to pay the shipping for the return.

We were on vacation in San Antonio and I completely forgot that Mariachi Connection is located there. As the mom of two young men that do some outstanding Folkloric dances I would have to order their charro outfits, boots, and anything else they would need on line or by phone. Since I was there, I got to go to their store and get what I needed and items for other dancers. I had a lady that helped me out with everything I needed (I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout-out but she did a fantastic job with helping us) and then some. I went on Black Friday and even saved a bunch of $$$ so that I could purchase a new carry on for everything that I got from there ?. I even grabbed a catalog because I know that a lot of my dance moms will be purchasing a lot of items for their dancers also. Some of them even have family in San Antonio and didn't even realize they were located there. Thank you Mariachi Connection for making my day and saving me from the hectic holiday stress of delivering packages to my house. You saved me some $$, bless you ??.

I’m a customer for life. I’ve never been to the actual store but I’ve bought multiple suits, belts, botines, strings and just about anything I ever need through their online store. If something is not listed I don’t hesitate to call their customer service line because I know they are top notch and always expedite what is needed in a timely manner. Nothing but premium service from their customer service/sales team. Thank you.

My daughter has been dancing since she's 5. She 15 now. This place always has what we need when we need it. It is well worth the drive from Austin. Would not recommend any place else for ballet folklorico needs

Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I had purchased 2 Folklorico shoes for my children and when getting fitted the sales associate who assisted me gave both my daughters 1/2 a size too small. When I asked if that’s how these shoes are supposed to fit she assured me yes that they’re supposed to be worn tighter. Being this is our first time being in folklorico I trusted she knew what she was doing when fitting my girls. After the first dance class my 5 year old daughter complained of toe pain at the tips of her feet. I went back to try and exchange for a larger size (her correct size that I told the associate and wasn’t given to us) and Olga who was rude and condescending told me I couldn’t exchange since they were danced in and no one was going to buy used shoes. Mind you these shoes weren’t “danced in” they were tried on for about 30mins during her first practice until she immediately started to complain of pain and are still in excellent new condition. When I explained how I wasn’t aware how they were supposed to fit and trusted the sales associate to fit and size them, Olga said they ask the customer how they fit and the customer told her they were fine. The “customer” being my daughter who is 5! She is a child! Not only is Olga delusional but she ought to be ashamed of herself to put the blame on my 5 year old daughter! It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t even get another pair at a discount. These shoes aren’t cheap. This store just wants to nickel and dime you and doesn’t truly care about their customers. Even their Employees have written negative reviews about how this family runs their scamming business on indeed and yelp! Also make sure you check your shoes through and through before leaving the store! Olga tried to blame the tiny scratches on the top of one shoe being the reason I couldn’t exchange when in reality that is how I purchased them as I was desperate and in a hurry. They will sell you “used” looking shoes at NEW and retail prices! If Olga had been more understanding and professional about the situation this interaction wouldn’t have been so bad. It was her rudeness, her tone and overall unwillingness to hear me out. I will never do business with people who do not want to help solve their customers issues. Bellow are photos of the “danced in, discolored, and used shoes no one will want to buy” as Olga had called them.

They would meet all your Mariachi and Folklorico needs. Personnel just needs to be more friendly and make you feel welcomed. I mean Mariachi and Folklorico are happy, festive arts, Smile!!!
