Buying at this store means that you are wearing quality clothing.
The prices are not so low, but not excessive for the quality of the garments.
There are promotions on some clothing items.
Very busy.

My son was gifted shoes from marshalls for Xmas by a family member. They were a size too small. I went to the south side location first since I live close by and they could not exchange them without a receipt and they told me to drive to the location they were bought in order to do the exchange. So I drove 20 minutes across town and they still couldn't do it. horrible service. I guess my child will not be getting shoes that fit him after all. It was just a simple exchange nothing crazy. I never have shopped at Marshall's before and I won't start either. First and last bad experience.
