Same professional service during my experience with my facial and the professional polite check out. You offered a relaxing, pleasant and comforting atmosphere and I felt like a queen when I left can’t wait to schedule my next appointment .

I’ve been seeing Rebecca P. for a few months now, and she’s FANTASTIC! She’s not only friendly and personable but also really skilled at addressing problem areas. What impresses me the most is how she remembers details from our conversations, even though a month passed between visits. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly cares and delivers an amazing experience!

Super pleasant environment! Very nice ambience and 5-star front desk staff! However some massage therapists are better than others. I go once a month and I’ve tried as many out as possible and usually like to get a new one every time. Some of my sessions were FANTASTIC! But I have definitely had a fair handful where I regretted spending money on the sessions because the masseuse seemed tired and was not putting in much work. I didn’t get my full 60 minutes quite a few times. Of course therapists are tired and their labor is special, but I think if you saved up money to spoil yourself, you might regret a session here. They should lower their prices in my opinion for the quality of service, or at least ensure clients are getting a full 60 minutes instead of stopping 7-5 minutes before the hour is up. Again though, that hasn’t been the case for every session luckily!

Larissa is the therapist I always see. I appreciate her skill and leave feeling relaxed & refreshed. I prefer to schedule with the same person every session and because of her, over time I have stayed at the Bandera location. I appreciate her level of expertise and can count on her to do a great job every time.

Had an incredible massage. Erika was the massage therapist. She sure knew where to massage and how to do it. The pressure was perfect and all she did was really meeting my need for massage that day. I came home and told my wife to pick her as her massage therapist. I’m looking forward to next time.

I have nothing but great things to say about Shane. I had never gotten a massage from him before. I booked this appt last minute following my infusion therapy for my MS condition. Typical symptoms following infusions can be muscle, bone/joint stiffness, back and hip pain. Lots of discomfort and not to mention insomnia. But following my therapy, I felt extremely relaxed and it helped me sleep so well that night. I hadn’t left feeling so good in a while. Plus I love the bandera spa location. It’s very warm and comforting and inviting. Love the newer spas with the light blue walls. All very calming but for some reason the warm earthy tones of this spa location help me relax just a bit more. Don’t have that sterile, cold hospital vibe here. Very nice

Jonathan did an excellent job! He is very knowledgeable in his field! He worked hard to get rid of all of my knots and helped me relax! He also shared some stretches that would help me.

Love this place! I often have a new masseuse every time I visit (simply because I don't plan and book ahead- they are definitely able to get me with the same person time and again if I so chose), and every masseuse there is so so good! I kind of like the fact that when I go, I get a slightly different experience with little changes in techniques. My membership is definitely worth it.
